I definitely will not send my child or anyone back to this place. we called before hand and mentioned our 4 yr old had 2 big cavities that needed fillings and repairing. They then told us no problem come on in and we'll look at his teeth. So we took him in and they looked at his teeth for 5 min. And said yeah he is too young for us to do anything with! Charged us 70 some dollars referred us to someone else and sent us off. It would have saved us money and time if they would have told us from the beginning that they don't work on four year olds. Especially after the info we gave them. No more business from us that's for sure!!

GREEDY, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND WILL PERFORM UNESSASSARY PROCEDURES IF YOU HAVE DENTAL INSURANCE!! So I've been coming here for years despite the consistent negative reviews and people advising me not to go here. I have been on and off insurance coverage throughout this period. When my benefits would run out dr. Omar would always help me out and give me a discount for my horrible teeth that always need fixing. I was there yesterday for a typical tooth I've had a root canal on previously that had broken off because I cannot afford to get them crowned. Anyways, I called ahead of time to get a price range, as I understand every tooth and procedure will cost different. The lady at the front desk must be new because I've never seen her there before, she was ignorant and rude after I explained that I used up my maximum dental insurance for the year. The first dental assistant looked at my tooth for half a second, told me she wanted to take an x ray, which I explained I did not need one as this is a tooth that has had a root canal aka a dead tooth, I'm not paying $150++ for an x ray that is totally unessassary. Then the second dental assistant came in and he told me he was going to take an x ray, pretty irritated at this point I told him no, he said "I want to look at the roots" ok, I may not have a dental degree but I'm not that stupid to think you actually need to take an x ray on a tooth that has had a root canal!! Ok, so usually on my root canal teeth I don't even get the freezing, again it's a "dead tooth".. the assistant gave me the freezing anyways, then the actual dentist Dr. Omar came in and told me they weren't going to do the freezing (obviously no communication among staff) I get to the desk and the lady asked me if I wanted to get my other 10 fillings done... I said umm no I don't have any coverage and I don't need 10 fillings.she mixed me up with someone else, no big deal, but then it dawned on me, that when I first came there with great dental coverage they told me the exact same thing.. I needed 10 fillings. Heads up, if you have insurance they will do unessassary procedures to fill their pockets. Back to the story, she told me $350 for a filling replacement, I said I have never paid that much and wouldn't have even come there, they told me around $140 over the phone, which I understand is just a ball park, but when it is double what I expected to pay I was gutted. Anyways the assistant that gave me the freezing without permission, said he would ask the doctor about the cost as I was pretty annoyed at this point. He came out and said nope, the doctor said $250 (it came down $100, which I am appreciative of) and he stated "I got in trouble for giving you the freezing" Now I can't expect to catch a break every time and I understand there are overhead costs here, but the unprofessionalism from start to finish was outrageous! I've spent hundreds of dollars here constantly fixing my teeth and thousands through my insurance, but it's safe to say I will never step foot in this establishment again. I guess he needs to pay for his fancy Porsche somehow.
