  The owner is fantastic and always gets what I need in a timely fashion. My son grabs his crickets here for his lizard because the goofy thing loves the taste so much. I have tried buying from other pet stores and the quality is the best in the city bar none. You're fooling yourself if you think there's a better quality store in Edmonton.

  Yeah great prices. But the service is a nightmare. They never follow their posted hours. IF, IF they answer the phone it's just "hey". There seems to be no care as towards customer service. I will just order from Bugs Galore. Same price and they strive to be customer friendly.

  This is the only place to find healthy looking live food for reptiles. We've purchased elsewhere out of need, but Herp Diner is where we go when we can (we live in Calgary). Great staff, always helpful and informative.

  Best place I have ever been to! Jenifer is amazing and so very helpful! I would defiantly recommend everyone who has reptiles to go their and Herp Diner is the only place I will go to!
