  I did operculectomy at the clinic for 3rd molar, Dr Vidya did laser surgery, she seems very knowledgeable, explained the details, within a week it healed well and was happy with the procedure. The dental assistant Shini was very helpful in making me comfortable with the dental procedures.

  While this does not happen at Floss and Gloss, I think one problem we often face with our health concerns is lack of education and there for lack of knowledge to make a honest decision. Because of the insufficiency in knowledge we are skewed to the biases of the health care professional. I can tell Dr. Vidya gives you the atonomy to make the best decision for yourself while giving you the tools and education to ensure that your decision is a well cultivated one. She gave me my smile back! I had tetracycline staining on my four top front teeth and cost effectively gave me the most beautiful teeth that catered to my particular preferences. While that highlights exactly what I want from a dentist, the receptionist and dental assistant played a vital role in creating a positive experience for me. The dental assistant and Dr. Vidya were very conscious of the costs out of pocket that my insurance plan would not cover and did not want me spending unnecessarily, they made suggestions of things I could do that would cost little money at drug stores and would improve the health of my teeth! The receptionist ensures all of your concerns are directed to the right person in a timely manner, reminds you of appointments and has updated me on costs of procedures in a very timely manner as soon as she gets quotes back from my insurance company. It's individualized care with friendly staff who truly make you're experience feel comfortable whether you are having a dental procedure performed or just hanging out in the waiting room, you won't be disappointed.
