- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Keeling and his staff have been very helpful and accommodating with my experience having skin cancer removed from above my lip. It has been only a week, and the scars are starting to heal nicely. Others in the medical profession who have seen me comment on what a great job he did. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I wouldn't try to go here if you have anything that might prevent you from adhering to their strict cancellation policy. I have a toddler who is constantly getting sick and I am also in a graduate program. I have been trying to get in after being referred by my doctor but I had to cancel three appointments when my toddler was sick and I had mandatory department meeting that I had to attend. I was told I have to go back to my doctor for a another referral. I gather that means I cannot come to this clinic anymore. I always gave minimum 24 hours notice. Also NO ONE TOLD ME THIS WAS A POLICY THE FIRST OR SECOND TIME I CANCELLED, and no one bothered to explain the policy the third time around either. I would have tried a bit harder to get a family member to watch my sick kid had I known the fist time!by Lynsey RaceAugust 08, 2017
