- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Service here used to be good but lately, there has been a steep decline. When I wanted to try and get a better rate for my terribly-priced car insurance last month, the broker flat out told me that there was nothing she could do. When I tried to cancel my insurance policy with them to go elsewhere, another broker (since my old broker had apparently left) wound up making a mistake with my paperwork, causing my account to be charged for an insurance policy I no longer have. Unnecessary headache, and very inconsistent customer service. I have gone a whole week now with a large deduction made to my account, and it doesn't seem the broker dealt with it on time, as the paperwork has not yet been filed.
