  The only thing I really liked that I didn't spent much time waiting for my appointment. Other then that I am sorry to say I didn't enjoy being at the facility at all. It all starts with the entrance. The main door isn't the door where you coming in, but sign informing you about that is not at all visible due to mirror glass. Up on arrival no one greets you.Every staff member is so busy to even make an eye contact. While waiting for an appointment I witness this. Women with a little child needed to change her babe's diaper. She discovered that the washroom doesn't have a change table. So she started to change diaper in the waiting area on the seat. After she was done , the seat wasn't wiped by her, nor the stuff offered to sanitize it. Can't even think what was left on this seat .. When my name was called I was escorted to the change area.There staff member instructed me to undress, change in to a gown and put all of my clothes in to a bag, which I'll be caring with me in to the exam room. In the Canadian winter! Just imagine how much stuff... and why in a bag? This facility has wooden cabinets in the change area , may all this stuff be just locked in there? After the exam I wasn't instructed where to go to change . So I figured that I needed to find an empty change room on my own. It is not a very pleasant experience looking for a place and being half naked . .
