- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a horrible experience with this broker. First of all I was signing up for auto insurance. When I was first quoted a price it was rather expensive but since I am under 25 I thought it made sense. Then a couple of days later I got a call to notify me that they had over charged me because they charged me a price that shower I was at fault for an accident where liability hasn't been determined yet. By them doing that it is illegal. Then a couple of days later when I was given the cheaper price they called to say you can't do monthly but you can do a three pay system. I was so confused as to what on earth they were trying to pull. So I paid the first payment on the three pay system and was told I had 120 days between each payment. Then I get a letter in the mail stating I owe them the next payment less than a month from when I first paid. So now I was extremely frustrated because everything kept getting changed on me. So I finally went there in person to get things sorted out. So I was told they couldn't help me that day when I went in but they would call me the next day with some answers to my questions. I never got a call for three days until I was fed up and called them. Their excuse was "I forgot." No apologies or anything they just were being completely incompetent. Needless to say they wouldn't give me the 120 days between each payment that I was promised so now I have taken my business elsewhere. Do not go through this company because it will be nothing but false promises and empty words. They do not honour their quotes nor anything else.by Emma KishFebruary 19, 2017
