- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Their customer service is a joke. It took half a year and multiple calls before they removed a vehicle that i sold from my policy. They over charged me for half a year - still waiting on my refund! Whenever I call it's long wait times on the phone to talk to someone. I've then been disconnected in a transfer to then wait another half hour to talk to someone. When I finally was getting my policy changed her computer "froze". She had me email her so she could continue the process after her computer was back and she never replied and contacted me. They are a joke. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very poor customer service here. The call reps I've dealt with have been less than knowledgeable, curt and even rude. After years of being a customer, I've dropped this agency and I now deal with Access Insurance Group. Best move I've made in ages. They are awesome! I do Not recommend Aon to anyone!by JMay 03, 2017
