  I do not know what has happened to this place but every time I come in, it is a MESS. Numerous times I have come in and the enormous shipments of bags of food and boxes of products are all around the store, blocking aisles and making it hard for me to get what I want. This is so frustrating to come into a store and see a mess and not be able to easily access what I want to buy. I understand that the store receives large shipments, i JUST do not understand why no one is making it a priority to put the products out as soon as they get there. In one scenario I came in early as the shipment was being delivered, and then came back 2 days later and the products were still lying around between aisles. Ridiculous. I have come in during different times of the day, morning and afternoon, and every time i see the same woman - she is tall and has short dark brown hair she is on her phone standing behind the counter. I cannot judge all the employees, but this woman who i have dealt with seems like she is very unproductive and lazy. sad.

  Good store for when you need the food or supplies you're looking for. But ever since Damien isn't working there anymore, the quality of my two dogs' grooming has dropped... I understand that sometimes people just want to hurry up and get home after a long day, but if you're going to do a hurried job and charge me such a high price... I don't think I'll go back there again. The lady in Jasper Gates does such a wonderful job, and it only costs like 115... but here, I was charged 130 for two dogs, when there was a choppy job done on my terrier shitzu mix... I don't want to have to do touch ups at home, after paying that much... come on guys!... it's not only about the money...
