  I would hands down recommend this clinic to anyone looking to get an incredible experience. Sabrina and Elisha are extremely helpfull, understanding and kind. I had to call a few times for a last minute appointements and they always went out of their way to accommodate us. Not to mention that they are awesome with not only adults but my little one. Dr. Krysa is also an incredible doc, he goes above and beyond to figure out what's going on with my son and calls to see how were holding up. By far the best team I've had the chance to encounter.

  At my initial appointment I found my attending general physician to be dismissive of my concerns and he seemed as if he didn't want to be there. Ironically, that young physician is no longer employed there. I attempted to book another appointment regarding a different medical concern using their online booking option but the webpage didn't allow me to submit my information into the online form. Possibly because I use a phone with an android platform. Nonetheless, I phoned to book an appointment and even though they claim to be a walk-in clinic, reception said the earliest appointment available was 4 days henceforth. I think that at the time I wrote this review the clinic was understaffed, probably as a result of the doctor I mentioned previously leaving the clinic. My experience with Imagine Health Centres has been unreceptive and cold and will book an appointment with one of the three other medical clinics established in Windermere.
